Chowchilla District Cemetery is an Endowment Care Cemetery

• Endowment Care is the amount contributed to an endowmenrt care fund.
• Income from the endowment care fund is used to provide continuous care and maintence at the cemetery. This includes even when no burial sites available.
• Regular care and maintence actives can include: mowing grass, regrading of graves, planting and caring for trees and bushes, maintenance of water supply systems, drainage and roads. etc.
• The minimum dollar amount to be contributed to the endowment care fund is governed by law.
